About Jade Leadership
Throughout my career, I have met highly knowledgeable and competent people, who progressively rose to leadership position as a recognition of their value to their organization. Yet they struggled not because of a lack of intelligence, rather because they were disconnected from intuition, emotions, or their ability to adapt to a diverse audience and communicate effectively. Others had vision and inspiration, but found it difficult to turn strategy into execution.
Very often we separate, or even oppose, facts and emotions. People with an analytical and pragmatic mindset are encouraged throughout their education and professional journey to base their decisions and communication on facts and numbers. Their intuition and emotions are, at best, considered irrelevant and, at worst, suppressed or ignored.
At Jade Leadership, we believe that facts and emotions should not be opposed. They are complementary strengths that enable leaders to be both effective and authentic.

Gaëtane Lenain
Gaëtane Lenain is an executive and team coach, known for her impactful, result-oriented approach and her ability to quickly identify patterns in leadership behavior and team dynamics.
She works with executives and senior leaders to improve performance, strengthen focus, and develop a leadership style that is both effective and authentic. When working with teams, she brings clarity to underlying dynamics and recurring behaviors, enabling sustainable improvements in performance.
Her international experience spans four countries across three continents. In Chile, she led Public Relations for an international NGO. In the Netherlands, she worked in a high-profile staffing company, managing key accounts in the high-tech sector. In the United States, she trained and certified as a leadership and executive coach. In 2015, she founded her coaching practice, which later became Jade Leadership, serving both public and private sector clients.
In 2024, Gaëtane took on the role of Coaching Director for the coaching framework contract of the European Institutions, further strengthening her expertise in supporting leaders in complex environments. Alongside her coaching practice, she served for six years as a Board Member and three years as President of ICF Belgium, significantly contributing to the visibility and development of the coaching profession in Belgium. Under her leadership, the organization organized numerous high quality online and on-site events for its members and increased dramatically its visibility in the Belgian market.
