Simple process

A coaching programme always includes 6 to 12 coaching sessions spread over a period of time ranging from 6 to 18 months.

Introduction call

A first confidential exchange to understand your current context, clarify your ambitions, and determine whether this partnership is the right fit.

Intake & Context

We begin with an in-depth intake session exploring your leadership role, priorities, challenges, and key stakeholder landscape.
When relevant, an initial tripartite alignment meeting can be arranged to ensure shared expectations and organizational support.

Coaching journey

A focused series of sessions designed to strengthen clarity, decision-making, and leadership impact.
Between sessions, carefully selected insights, tools, or resources may be shared to accelerate integration and progress.

Closing phase

The engagement concludes with a consolidation phase to anchor sustainable shifts, capture key learnings, and define next steps.
Where appropriate, a final tripartite conversation supports closure, alignment, and continuity beyond the coaching journey.

My approach is result-oriented and grounded in neuroscience, combining analytical clarity with emotional intelligence. I help leaders identify patterns, close performance gaps, and build new ways of leading that feel both effective and authentic.
