This exercise provides leaders with a systemic, understanding of how they approach risk management. Through a powerful experiencial game, leaders examine how they define challenges, set expectations, and shape the conditions under which their teams evaluate and navigate risk. By combining experience with self-reflection, the exercise reveals the underlying beliefs, patterns, and team dynamics that influence risk‑related decisions.

Participants explore how their leadership style influences clarity, alignment, uncertainty tolerance, and the quality of goal‑setting across the organization.

Measurable outcomes:
• Clear identification of personal risk‑perception patterns
• Improved ability to distinguish real risks from perceived or inherited risks
• Higher‑quality goal‑setting and expectation‑setting practices
• More consistent decision‑making under uncertainty
• In a collective setting: Increased team accountability, alignment, and ownership of risk‑related actions
