The day begins with a short, focused introduction to Team Coaching International’s methodology, a globally used framework applied for over 10 years and associated with an average 20% increase in team performance. This model identifies 14 Success Factors of High‑Performing Teams—seven boosting productivity and seven enhancing positivity. These factors form the backbone of what enables teams to thrive, collaborate, and deliver sustained results.

- Methods to translate these needs into concrete, shared actions
- A strong commitment to an action plan that directly supports the team’s goals
- Greater clarity and alignment in everyday communication—both internally and with stakeholders
- A more productive and enjoyable approach to collaboration, leading to high‑quality teamwork over time
Part 2 — Strengthening Productivity & Positivity Through the 14 Success Factors
In the afternoon, the team explores the importance of both positivity and productivity factors in a series of fun, interactive, and insightful activities. We will identify and select some of the Success Factors that offer the strongest leverage for your team, ensuring time and energy are invested where they drive the most meaningful results. For each selected factor, participants will:
- Gain a deeper understanding of how that factor influences team dynamics
- Experience it through engaging, hands‑on activities
- Identify practical, immediately applicable ideas to strengthen that factor within the team
By the end of the day, the team leaves with not only a Team Agreement, but also concrete tools and commitments to elevate their collaboration, productivity, and collective well‑being.
